November: A Month of Noticing

As the trees grow bare and the nights grow longer, we can take November as an invitation to slow down and pay attention.

For this month, consider keeping a small “noticing” journal. Each day, write down something that caught your attention:

  • Something you’re grateful for.
  • A dream, intuitive nudge, or interesting coincidence.
  • A moment when you felt connected, either to yourself, another person, nature, or something you consider sacred.
  • Something you’re ready to release, or something you want to nurture.

There’s no need to force an experience or find a hidden meaning in everything. Sometimes the moment worth keeping is simply a song that moved you or a few quiet minutes watching the leaves fall.

Share whenever something feels worth sharing. What would you like to give more attention to this November?
